In this role your responsibilities will be:

• Sample management: Review documents and check compliance with internal procedure and local legislation Posting in SAP Good receipt/Good issue/Adjust/Scrap according internal procedure. Check physically package and IMEI/SN for new and returned samples. Actively participate to physical counting
• Perform GR in NERP for samples arrived during month, ensure that proper documents (handover protocols) for sample movements are obtained and archived.
• Perform GI in NERP based on Accord/approvals received from business owners during month – ensure that proper documents (handover protocols) for sample movements are obtained and archived
• Monitoring sample for return and proactively initiate measures to ensure no overdue samples
• Monthly report overdue samples to manager and take actions for clearing overdue
• Takes care of the annual inventory of products

Skills and Qualifications

For this role you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance department
• University degree in economics;
• Fluent in English;
• SAP knowledge
• Local Romanian legislation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
