Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Job Description
- Analyzing and assessing the financial statements, credit history of existing and potential customers, performing credit research and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of customers in regional portfolios
- Completing due diligence on financial institutions and key countries/markets;
- Complying with global credit policy and practices making sure the company is not exposure to undesired credit risk
- Support improvement/automation/reporting projects in Credit area
- Cooperating with the AR Department to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards
- Mixed shift required
Basic Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Economy or the equivalent
- Understanding of financial statements and financial ratio is preferred
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly accurate, great attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
- Ability to develop professional expertise
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Make decisions using sound judgment and consult when appropriate
- Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
