Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.) provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Job Description

• Analyzing and assessing the financial statements, credit history of existing and potential customers, performing credit research and general due diligence in order to determine creditworthiness of customers in regional portfolios
• Completing due diligence on financial institutions and key countries/markets;
• Complying with global credit policy and practices making sure the company is not exposure to undesired credit risk
• Support improvement/automation/reporting projects in Credit area
• Cooperating with the AR Department to ensure that policies and procedures comply with the departmental standards
• Mixed shift required

Basic Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Economy or the equivalent
• Understanding of financial statements and financial ratio is preferred
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly accurate, great attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to develop professional expertise
• Professional and proactive approach to work
• Make decisions using sound judgment and consult when appropriate
• Process-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical skills
