Early Career Development Program for Engineers
Join our dynamic Early Career Development Program designed for aspiring engineers who are eager to develop their skills and grow their careers in a supportive and innovative environment. This two-year rotational program offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various engineering disciplines, including Research & Development (R&D), Automation, Product Engineering, and Process Engineering.
About the Program:
- Duration: 2 years (job contract with Signify)
- Rotations: Gain exposure to different engineering functions through rotations in R&D, Automation, Product Engineering, and Process Engineering.
- Development: Participate in structured learning and development activities, including mentoring, coaching, and stretch assignments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
- Impact: Contribute to meaningful projects that enhance our products and services.
What You’ll Do:
- R&D: Engage in cutting-edge research projects, develop new technologies, and contribute to product innovation.
- Automation: Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Product Engineering: Work on product design, development, and testing to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
- Process Engineering: Optimize manufacturing processes, improve quality, and reduce costs through process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Recent graduates or early career professionals with a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to rotate through different engineering functions and adapt to new challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Languages: Polish & English – good communication in both
