Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Russian to handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs at our establishment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel facilities and services
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English is required
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
