Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent who is fluent in Russian to handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs at our establishment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel facilities and services
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English is required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic computer skills
