Junior Consultant Order Fulfillment with English – 12 months contract – Cluj-Napoca (Hybrid)

1-year internship, full-time (8h/day)

Who You Are

A proactive, organized, and adaptable individual with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow in logistics, order management, or exports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: English at C1 level
• Experience OR Interest: Experience or strong interest in order management, logistics, or exports in manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for data organization and analysis.

• Curiosity & Fast Learning: Eager to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong planning skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Customer Focus & Problem-Solving: Empathy and ability to address challenges while building positive relationships.
• Interpersonal Skills: Clear communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
• French would be a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage Orders: Oversee the lifecycle of orders, including scheduling, logistics, and exports.
• Solve Challenges: Anticipate risks in customer projects and collaborate on solutions.
• Analyze Data: Track metrics and provide insights to improve daily operations.
• Improve Processes: Identify issues and contribute to implementing better solutions.
