Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Predictive AI models for defect detection and process optimization.
  • Train AI models using historical data.
  • Implement Prescriptive AI models to suggest optimal machine settings.
  • Develop data integration pipelines using Microsoft Fabric & Azure Data Factory.
  • Validate AI model accuracy.
  • Generate a business case for AI scaling, including ROI calculations.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in AI-driven manufacturing process optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure AI stack.
  • Previous projects in Predictive&Prescriptive Analytics for industrial applications.
  • Detailed breakdown of consulting fees&cloud infrastructure costs.
  • Expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI.
  • Proven track record in AI-powered prescriptive analytics & manufacturing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Good communication skills – written, visual, and verbal.
