We’re hiring a Manufacturing EHS Supervisor to join our plant team in Krakow, Poland. This is SG10.
Your ‘day to day’
- Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure the rollout of the EHS Pillar in line with global plans.
- Supervise the implementation of Sustainability management systems (ISO) and programs to protect people, the environment, and the business.
- Lead and develop a motivated team to implement Sustainability strategies and improve EHS management.
- Integrate Sustainability requirements into projects and lead programs to reduce waste and emissions.
- Ensure a proactive loss prevention program, including risk management, inspections, audits, and emergency planning.
- Report Sustainability performance indicators and support voluntary reporting schemes (e.g., CDP, DJSI).
- Promote best practices internally and externally to enhance cooperation and company image.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree in EHS (bachelor, master, postgraduate)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at production company/department, including experience in people management
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards
- Strong leadership, influencing, collaboration and networking skills.
- Creative and analytical problem-solving capability with an ‘outside the box‘ approach
- Proven independent self-starter, able to handle ambiguity.
- Polish and English language – must
- Behaviour-based safety approach. International certificates (e.g., NEBOSH) are advantageous.
- Experience with Lean Management, IWS, TPM, and WCM is a plus.
