Job Description
- End-2-end project management including: processes analysis, systems usage analysis, optimization proposal creation, new processes and structures preparation, change management strategy and plan creation.
- Manage multiple clients/projects, objectives and clients expectation.
- Coordinate the resources defining main guidelines and motivating and monitoring internal and/or external re-sources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.
- Analyze data from Procurement Systems (i.e., Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) to determine where improvements can be made to increase efficiency or effectiveness of processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports and updates, as and when required.
- Client facing role, mainly with senior client stakeholders – activities include interacting, communicating, presenting and aligning with decision makers at the client.
- Internally, help grow the Procurement Processes and Platform practice including elements such as, content development and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong background in procurement processes design, implementation and optimization (Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, SRM, Risk Management) across multiple procurement systems.
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to collaborate professionally with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience with different businesses, procurement categories and organizations.
- Professional Skills: Analytical, Detail Oriented, Proactive, Collaborative, Self-Motivated,
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- A strong team player and ability to work independently.• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required, Master’s degree is preferred
- 5-8 years of work experience in procurement management or consulting with min. 3 years of strategic procurement experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English and Polish, German as a plus.
- Experience in using different procurement software and ERPs.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Vision, Word, etc.
