Infopulse, Part of TietoEvry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our company as a Sales Manager for SAP Services in our Warsaw office or remotely in Poland.

With a strong presence in Poland and Eastern Europe, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion efforts and solidify our position on the market with SAP services offerings.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for SAP services, including consulting, development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client segments across Poland and Eastern Europe.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, providing insights to enhance the company’s market positioning.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation and contract negotiation.
  • Leverage expertise in SAP products and services to craft tailored solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and successful project implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends, contributing to regional business plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in SAP implementation and consulting services, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, with cross-industry application experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the business landscape in Poland and Eastern Europe, including cultural and economic factors.
  • Fluency in Polish and English; additional Central European languages are an advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop bespoke client solutions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
