Your responsibilities would include:

  • Change Development & Implementation: Supporting the development and execution of change initiatives ensuring they are aligned with deliverables and plans. This includes designing detailed change management plans and driving their implementation across various projects and programs.
  • Change Approach & Communication: Developing and implementing comprehensive change approaches, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication throughout the change process. This also means working closely with project managers to ensure change management efforts are synchronized with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying and engaging stakeholders at all stages and levels of the change project. Developing and implementing an effective stakeholder engagement plan to secure buy-in, addressing concerns, and promoting active participation.
  • Collaboration & Engagement: Collaborating actively with Communication, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and HR Business Partner colleagues to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to change management. Leveraging these partnerships to enhance the impact and effectiveness of change initiatives.

You are a good candidate if you have:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Change Management Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in change management or related areas such as HR, Corporate Relations, program management, or business operations, preferably in an international environment
  • Organizational Change Expertise: Demonstrated experience in successfully leading, coordinating, or significantly contributing to medium to large-scale organizational changes. Proven ability to manage complexity and drive impactful outcomes
  • Change Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to apply these practices effectively to guide organizations through various stages of change
  • Program Management Knowledge: Familiarity with program management approaches, tools, and phases of the program lifecycle. Ability to integrate change management activities seamlessly into broader program objectives
  • People-Centric Approach: A solid understanding of how individuals experience and adapt to change. Ability to guide people through the emotional and psychological aspects of change, ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to share complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to identify, engage, and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence others, and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
