The role we’re hiring for is to manage the markets corporate social media operations for PMI by enabling an environment where teams can work effectively. The role involves implementing framework and strategies, working with internal stakeholders and ensuring our operations continue uninterrupted.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A candidate with University Degree (at least Bachelor’s degree)
• High level working knowledge of a social media management tool, ideally Sprinklr
• 2-4 years of experience in managing social media operations
• Managing social media teams
• Ability to coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Implement the Social Media Framework for PMI Social Media corporate market accounts
• Use Sprinklr to create an enabling environment for all teams to operate on
• Work with the Sprinklr team to create workspaces, dashboards, tags etc.
• Work with social media specialists (agents) to address all messages/comments and ensure proper tagging for each i.e. adherence to the SOPs
• Regular coordination with markets to ensure operations continue uninterrupted
• Work with IT to have the right (SIGA) roles established and enabled
• Support markets on their social media strategy and coordinate content related needs
• Work with the social media governance team to support markets in creating social media accounts
• Conduct trainings for markets and social media specialists on the use of Sprinklr
• Deliver monthly reports on channel performance with respect to content, paid campaigns, community management and specialists performance on adherence to SLAs
