  • Act as the escalation point for Tier 3 issues, collaborating with Network Engineering to resolve complex challenges.
  • Maintain and continuously refine SOPs, playbooks, and troubleshooting documentation to improve team autonomy and efficiency.
  • Monitor global network performance using observability tools and proactively identify and remediate anomalies.
  • Collaborate with monitoring teams to optimize alerts, enhance visibility, and ensure system-wide awareness.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 support coverage for critical infrastructure and events.
  • Serve as a core contributor during incident management cycles, coordinating stakeholders and facilitating post-incident reviews.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and support contracts, ensuring issues are resolved within SLA timelines.
  • Work closely with Service Managers and change management stakeholders to optimize operational practices and enforce compliance.

  • From automation of network operations to integration with observability and AI tools, this mindset empowers you to scale your impact through digital transformation, maximizing reliability and performance across our tech landscape.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)
