Terenowy Doradca Sprzedaży

Responsibilities

• Wdrażanie programów sprzedażowych i marketingowych w przypisanych sklepach.
• Prowadzenie szkoleń produktowych, sprzedażowych dla pracowników Castorama na określonym terenie i dla marek będących w portfolio firmy.
• Organizowanie eventów i spotkań w celu promowania produktów i zwiększania sprzedaży.
• Wsparcie pracowników sklepu w czynnościach związanych z obsługą klienta, w tym barwieniu / mieszaniu farb.
• Zapewnienie utrzymania standardu merchandisingowego w sklepach, ekspozycji produktów, kart kolorów, itp.
• Udział w regionalnych i krajowych spotkaniach handlowych.
• Zapewnienie poprawności dokumentacji / raportów w odpowiednim czasie.

Qualifications

• Wykształcenie średnie.
• Poprzednie doświadczenie w pracy w Obsłudze klienta, Sprzedaży, Marketingu lub w pokrewnym obszarze.
• Dostępność do pracy w elastycznym harmonogramie (okazjonalnie w weekendy oraz wieczorami).
• Ważne prawo jazdy kat. B i praktyczna umiejętność prowadzenia samochodu.
• Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne.
• Gotowość do nauki w zakresie obsługi maszyn do barwienia i mikserów w sklepie.
• Praca mobilna dla regionu województwa pomorskiego

Mile widziane

• Wcześniejsze doświadczenie w prowadzeniu prezentacji/szkoleń dla większych grup, w zarządzaniu budżetem, w pracy w branży farbiarskiej.
