A Day in the Life

As a Virtual Engagement Solutions Director for Türkiye, Russia, Middle East and Central Asia (TuRMECA) your main aim will be to lead, coordinate, and execute key strategic initiatives within the TuRMECA region with focus on driving implementation, adoption and tracking performance of Virtual Engagement Solutions, leading to growth, productivity and enhanced customer experience.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Leading the deployment and performance of new sales, service and support channels such as Remote Sales, E-Commerce, Remote Support and Omnichannel, to expand customer reach and drive profitable sales for the TuRMECA Region.
• Guiding the deployment of the Remote Sales strategy, identifying opportunities for the businesses, deploying playbooks, training, sales productivity tools, and performance management reports; supporting local teams and the sales organizations to effectively setup and deploy the channel.
• Supporting opportunity-management and lead generation initiatives, in collaboration with digital marketing and product marketing teams, to ultimately drive accelerated performance.
• Leading deployment strategy and effective launch execution of the E-Commerce platforms, for direct and indirect markets.
• Driving the deployment of Remote Support solutions (OR case support, programming, training and proctoring).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Baccalaureate degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Passion for digital world and virtual engagement models and solutions; prior extensive experience of implementing such solutions on a large scale.
• An innovative spirit and creative mindset to proactively find solutions for productive change; change management experience.
• An Enabler mindset.
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, to follow anticipating market trends, business needs, and provide omni-channel strategies to meet the goals of the TuRMECA region.
• Ability to influence and communicate at all levels from field representatives to senior management.
• People management experience.
• Fluency in English plus local language.
• Prior experience of supporting implementation/innovation across the TuRMECA region will be an advantage.
