International Personal Bank U.S. (IPB U.S.) is a segment of Citi’s U.S. Retail Bank that provides U.S. based Wealth Management services to clients around the world. IPB U.S. offers its clients access to brokerage products and services as well as traditional banking products and services through three legal vehicles and offices located in the U.S. and several Latin American countries.
About the Role
The International Personal Bank U.S. is currently seeking candidates for our Client Service Associate (CSA) role.
This position will work with US-based Wealth Advisors and Service Associates in providing administrative support and maintenance across banking and investment accounts. In addition, CSA will work on account applications, Know-Your-Client (KYC) profiling, and Periodic Reviews of clients.
Role Responsibilities
Support WA team portfolio of relationships for maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues
Provide strong support to team across periodic reviews for KYC, Account Activity, AML, etc.
Process a variety of daily administrative account servicing tasks
Lead account opening applications, profiling of clients in internal systems, and building strong operational knowledge base

Interest in Financial Services.
Proficient in software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
Team player – ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under stress.
Well organized, detail oriented self-starter.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Requirement: Fluency in Russian.
