Global C&B projects
Responsibilities
Providing C&B methodology support, in particular:
• Developing/updating current C&B policies and processes (Base Salary, Bonuses, LTI, Benefits, etc.)
• Analyzing new C&B trends and developing recommendations for improving current C&B practices
• Participating in benefits review cases (collecting supportive information, preparing business cases, getting approval of Business stakeholders etc.)
• Updating Corporate benefits policy, coordinate annual reviews with local HR
• Creating/reviewing total rewards brochures
• Preparing materials for knowledge transfer sessions
• Participating in C&B related projects
Skills
Must have
Office Pack, Compensation and Benefits, Processes design, HR Databases, Analytical Skills, Microsoft Excel, Presentation Skills, Strong command of English
Nice to have
experience in big international companies with global or regional responsibility, HC > 5000 employees, work in Big 4 consulting companies

English: C1 Advanced
Ukrainian: C2 Proficient
