Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to grow effective communication with our clients.
A specialist’s responsibilities include tracking and supporting the clients’ tasks, supplying each client with a customized approach, supporting good relationships with the client (even after the transaction has been completed), offering new services and products. Working with us, you will be able to grow professionally, gain unique expertise and a new perspective about the work you do.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and put into shape the improvements from the customers;
- Operate the project in the issue-tracking system;
- Participate in the development and describing of marketing materials design ideas;
- Coordinate the work of creative, development, and content center departments;
- Control the terms of design creation and adherence to specifications;
- Prepare and proofread materials according to the received requirements;
- Provide compliance with the version of the prototype and with clearly fixed comments;
- Provide regular deliveries of product design and customers’ feedback to the project manager;
- Prepare regular inner reports for the project and account managers;
- Maintain project budgeting.
Required professional skills and knowledge:
- Experience in working with international clients;
- Advanced communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to handle multitasking productively;
- Ability to learn new information and get accustomed to new working tools quickly;
- Great team player: proactive, responsible, optimistic, flexible, organized, helpful;
- Time management and stress resistance skills;
- Knowledge of main CRM systems;
- Good understanding of design creation tools.
