Tender: Marketing Strategy Development

The U.S. Embassy to Ukraine invites all interested companies to submit a quotation for “Marketing Strategy Development”. The vendor shall provide the marketing strategy and a branding campaign with graphic logo for GreatAmericanFoods – the promotion of U.S. food and agricultural products in the Ukrainian market. The vendor shall submit a quotation for Marketing Strategy Development as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

The U.S. Embassy to Ukraine intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

According to U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), advance payments are prohibited. Payments may be made upon receipt of services by the customer. Pursuant to the Prompt Payment Act of the FAR, the U.S. Government must make the payment within 30 calendar days after receipt of the services and the valid original invoice(s). Please confirm in your offer that these payment terms are acceptable to your company.

No quotations will be accepted after this time. If you are going to submit your offer in archive folders, only ZIP-format should be used.
