Business Analyst (Platforce)

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

We are looking for a Business Analyst, who will work on a set of products that will provide our pharma clients with content management tools for the entire life cycle. The core of the future solution will be the CRM system, which will be complemented by solutions for the delivery and demonstration of marketing and medical content for various channels and formats of communication, as well as internal corporate management tools such information.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with management and users to determine the needs of the Product.
• Designing a Product to meet the business goals.
• Specifying inputs and formatting outputs to meet users’ needs.
• Using techniques such as sampling, model building, and structured analysis, along with accounting principles, to ensure the solution is efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasible.
• Developing specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for programmers to follow.
• Overseeing implementation, coordinating tests, and observing initiation of the system to validate the Product performance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• English from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication).
• At least 2 years of BA experience or relevant IT experience.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies basics.

Competitive Advantage:
