Senior Business / Functional Analyst (BPM Project), Remote Ukraine

Project Description

ITI Capital is an investment company that helps investors to execute their investment strategies. Financial technology business with the focus on global brokerage, asset management, fintech investments. The project is to analyze current OPR and Account Management processes in the company and automate it by adoption of Bizagi BPM system. Main goal is to improve Straight-Through-Processing (STP) rate. We are looking for Business/Functional Analyst who talks to business people to understand their needs and company processes and then documents it and translate it to vendor development team. Implementation control and acceptance testing is also required. The candidate should have understanding of OPR and AM processes in investment organizations (investment banking, brokerage firms, etc.). Strong BA/FA skills, speaking English, excellent soft skills are required. Key stakeholders of the project is in UK, IT Team (including vendors) is in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

– Interaction with business users: business and functional requirements gathering, business and technical specifications preparations (including UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams), UAT phase management, demo for users, user guides preparation
– Interaction with development team: requirements explanation, planning, execution control, participation in test cases preparation, conducting of business acceptance testing
– Coordination of third party stakeholders including vendor teams

Skills

Must have

– Understanding of OPR and AM processes in investment organizations (investment banking, brokerage firms, etc.)
– Experience in BA/FA Roles 4+ years
1) working with PO, users interviews, requirement elaboration
2) data flows diagrams preparation
3) business use cases description (text format, UML, BPMN)
4) software specifications preparation (BRD and FSD), explanation it to development team
– BA/FA acceptance testing: conducting
– UAT testing: arrange process with customer stakeholders management, including demo and training sessions
– BPM experience is a bug plus, especially Bizagi
– English: upper intermediate
– Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and analytical skills, ability to present ideas to technical and non-technical partners
