Junior Project Manager

We invite a proactive Project Manager to join our international team and help to develop and maintain a platform that facilitates the management of the payroll process and HR tasks. You will be working on the web-based platform that provides reporting capabilities and assists payroll specialists, helping them save time and effort. What’s in it for you:

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in Project Management in IT

• Commercial experience in managing projects up to 4-6 FTE with a duration of 4+ months

• Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and successfully delivering projects

• Experience in performing requirements and risk management

• Experience in communicating with customers in software outsourcing

• Upper-intermediate English

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing a remote team

• Ability to maintain a project schedule, minimize team distractions and implement best practices in terms of quality

• Experience in building loyal relationships with the team: team and conflict management, team building and motivation

Key responsibilities:

• Manage software development process on the project with a dataset that grows day-to-day

• Prioritize project tasks and their distribution among team members

• Monitor project progress and provide status updates on the project progress to all stakeholders

• Perform change and risk management to minimize project risks, manage project resources

• Work with the team to motivate, maintain morale, and resolve conflicts

• Measure project and team performance using appropriate tools

• Communicate with the manager to constantly develop and improve project processes

• Review and check team time reports to ensure they are maintained according to company guidelines

• Initiate and approve required project-specific training for team members project
