In Markets program such E-trading Hub we build critical platform for risks assement and compliance rules verification.
We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to join our Markets program in Kiev. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent analytical and presentation skills. The candidate should also have strong communication skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders and partners to deliver business critical UI and integration projects. A keen sense of ownership and sense of urgency is a must.

Responsibilities

– Communication with client and end-users
– Business requirements elicitation and analysis
– Transformation of business asks into formal functional specifications
– Impact analysis and gap analysis
– Cross-system analysis and preparation of system integration requirements; Engaging different teams and obtaining information from multiple sources
– Elaboration of wireframes/mockups, process model, state diagram and other artifacts depending on specific need
– Collaboration and support of local and offshore development teams and QA/testing teams

Skills

Must have

– Advanced verbal and written English is a must
– Experience in functional requirements documenting; Communicating the requirement to different teams (from strong technical or pure business background)
– Good understanding of software development process (Agile SDLC), understanding of BA role on the project and requirement preparation lifecycle
– Ability to generate efficient solution and defend the position in front of a large audience
– Pro-active approach; Attentiveness to details; Quick-learner and quick-thinker
