Role description:
We are looking for the very first HR specialist in Mexico. Join us! Your primary focus in this role will be forming our LATAM team with a primary focus on Mexico and Argentina.
Responsibilities:
- conducting full-cycle recruitment for company positions, securing quality talent on time;
- carrying out necessary onboarding steps to ensure fast newcomer orientation;
- aligning with other offices and overseas locations regarding people planning, communications, teams set-up;
- spreading the voice of Viseven in the region to represent our employer brand;
- participation in various administrative activities related to organizing travel, office/facility management, etc.;
- ensuring that all people management standards and processes are applied to the LATAM team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in generalist HR or recruitment roles, experience with closing technical (IT) positions;
- upper-intermediate English;
- familiarity with recruitment processes and instruments, desire to implement and support other HR practices;
- being people oriented with high EQ, open-minded, respectful, tolerant, supportive, and diplomatic;
- sound interpersonal skills;
- ownership and responsibility;
- having the desire to work remotely and contact people from various regions.
