Your responsibilities would include:
- being a backup of the Team Leader in operational meetings with Operating Company
- being responsible for operational delivery based on business objectives with expected quality
- monitoring team’s performance
- being a first escalation point for the team and external stakeholders
- bringing constructive and challenging ideas, taking ownership of agreed actions
- performing root cause analysis of issues to eliminate them to improve processes
- knowing, and acting as team ambassador, of the Team’s vision and strategy
- supporting recruitment process
- supporting the Team Leader in the status check of objectives for team members
- flagging to the Team Leader potential performance issues
- supporting the Team Leader in change management activities
You are a good candidate if:
- your English is on Proficient level
- you have a minimum 3 years of experience in OTC area
- you have the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate others
- you have very good problem solving skills
- you possess very good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
