Luxoft is building up a new special purpose organisation targeted at developing In-Vehicle Infotainment systems for the age of autonomously driving vehicles. How do people in cars spend their time? How do they interact with information and how do they best utilize the cars infrastructure in a future 2021? How to surpass all the benchmarks in automotive SW development. We believe that Software is the driving force to enable and differentiate in future environments. Responsibilities

Management of projects that deliver software to Automotive client from kick-off to implementation, to test, to delivery and to post-delivery
Responsible for global engineering team 30+ FTE
Monitoring and controlling of project indicators to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed budget and in compliance with quality standards
Managing the change management lifecycle during the projects
Reporting and communicating all aspects of the project to both internal and external stakeholders at different levels
Coordinating resources across multiple teams to deliver the projects
Business growth in Ukraine
Reporting to Engineering Director
People management and Proactive Talent Retention

Skills

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
Program Manager for Automotive projects for the last 3 years
Managing the team of 30+ FTE
Agile project development experiences
Experience with Automotive Project management & Development
Good communication skill with a customer and global team
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding complex software architecture.
Understanding debugging and troubleshooting
Resource planning
Critical thinking
Problem-solving
