IT Business Solutions Trainee

The vacancy is open within JUMP Traineeship Program for a period of 12 months. It provides the trainee with real and challenging business projects and gives the following benefits:

The role of IT Department is to contribute into fulfilment of JTI Ukraine goals via providing our employees with the most reliable, modern and efficient IT tools, services and support.

We are looking for you, if you are:

• 4th-6th year of studies student (Computer or Technical Science) or recent graduate (2019-2020)
• Able to work from 30 to 40 hours per week
• Experienced in business requirements analysis, which will be an advantage

Also, you have:

• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, upper-intermediate English (must)
• IT background, which will be an advantage
• Good working skills in MS Office programs and knowledge of C#, SQL, .NET as a plus
• Understanding of some new technology trends, which will be an advantage:

• Mobile applications development

• Cloud SAAS solutions

• Digital route to market

• New generation Business Intelligence solutions (Tableau, Qlik, MS Power BI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.)

• Analytical mindset, accuracy and high attention to details
• «Can do» attitude

You as a person are:

• Highly organized, proven self-starter
• Team-oriented and able to network and establish good connections
• Creative, innovative, enterprising, able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Proactive, eager to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends

What will you do in Consumer Engagement?

• Analyze and implement subsequent change requests for solution enhancements
• Provide coordination support during the solution evaluation and selection process
• Successfully complete assigned tasks during solution design and delivery
• Coordinate onsite project activities and ensure that business operations are not adversely affected during project execution
• Provide project administration support
