Job Description

Big Box Outletstore Marysville in Marysville, WA is looking for a friendly, energetic team member to fill an opening we have as a warehouse associate to join our 10 person team. We are located on 1338 State Ave in Marysville. This position is open to start immediately. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

We are a family run location and offer a flexible, low-stress, enjoyable work environment with friendly staff and convenient work hours from 9:00am-7:30pm, 7 days a week.

Successful applicants will be:

• Person of high integrity that will be dependable, trustworthy, honest in all aspects of life.
• Ambitious self-starter able to multitask and stay on track while under minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills
• Be able to lift 75 lbs
• Friendly, energetic, people person able to assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team!!!

Approximately 30+/- hours per week. Applicants must have a flexible schedule and willing to work any hours between 8:00am-8:00 pm and must be to work on weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 / hour

Schedule:
8 hour shift – (mostly mid day-evening, although starting a.m. shifts are a possibilty)

Weekends

Education:
High school or equivalent (GED)

Language:
English (Preferred)

Bilingual (specifically in Spanish or Russian/Ukranian would get you extra brownie points 😉 )

Qualifications

Ability to read/write in english

Able to follow written instructions

Able to lift a minimum of 60+ pounds, although 75lbs would be preferred and beneficial to you

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of tools (manual & power)

Ability to assemble items such as desks, tables, lamps, shelving units, etc.

Knowledge in mechanics/electronics to repair items such as power recliners, lamps, etc…

These are not required for the position, but would be helpful. We can train/teach you, but you must be willing to learn!
