Qualifications
-
at least a bachelor’s degree is required
-
3+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a digital marketing organization

strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
-
very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners
-
highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
-
demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
planning skills, high self-organization skills
-
ability to make presentations and summaries that make sense to everyone
-
ability to search, analyze and pack information to pitches
-
ability to work in different time zones (from GMT+1 to GMT+8)

responsibility, diligence, punctuality

open-minded, goodwill and tact

fluent English speaker and competent Russian

general technological sophistication

proficiency in task schedulers (e.g.: OmniFocus, Todoist, Wunderlist, Trello, etc.)
