Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Performs full bank statement in SAP system.
• Prepares the general report on Customers and credit control for each Customer.
• Responsible for reconciliation of the Customer accounts and ensures correct reporting of balances.
• Prepares quarterly report on the availability of funds in bank accounts.
• Maintains monthly Customers’ report (pre-payments and late payments).
• Maintains fuel receipts and write-offs.
• Responsible for accounting of travel expenses and fixed assets.

Taxation:

Works with tax invoices in the sphere of company’s tax obligations:

• Prepares tax bills based on the first event.
• Prepares statement adjustments to AP (Advance Payment).
• Signs tax invoices and performs reconciliation of the validity of the data.
• Performs tax invoices registration.

Others activities:

• Maintains in SAP system Finance and Legal expects (creates Purchase Orders, etc.).
• Applies data from SAP to support accurate transactions and internal controls.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information.

Requirements to the candidates:

• PC literacy
• Knowledge of SAP module (desired), Navision, Scala
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Russian and Ukrainian – fluent, English – intermediate level
• Knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Principles, GAAP, and local tax legislation
