Summary
Missional University seeks an experienced recruiter who will help the university enroll Christian students who are drawn to serve in the mission of God. The Online Admissions and Enrollment Recruitment Manager [Zone 2] is responsible for developing and implementing marketing, recruitment, and enrollment processes that will attract students from across Europe. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with the Chief Storytelling Officer, Provost, the Academic Deans, and the marketing team to insure that these processes enable the university to attain enrollment goals.
The Online Admissions and Enrollment Recruitment Manager [Zone 2: EU] will be capable of designing and implementing recruitment and enrollment processes for the university across Europe.
The ideal candidate has experience in admissions and enrollment in a university or theological institution with excellent interpersonal communication and public relation skills. The ideal candidate has a background of not only serving on an admissions/enrollment team, but managing other team members as well. The position calls for establishing the office of admissions and enrollment for Zone 1, systematizing the admissions and enrollment processes, and growing an admissions and enrollment team over time. The ideal candidate will work online, must be fluent in English and have a stable internet connection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in college, university or theological institution admissions and enrollment
- At least 3 years of experience managing and supervising recruitment teams
- Proven experience in managing the admissions funnel — from lead generation to recruitment and enrollment activities
- Strong experience with digital media, web-based technologies including crm software for outreach, recruitment and enrollment purposes.
- Ability to think creatively, collaboratively and strategically
- Ability to relate interculturally to ethnically diverse backgrounds globally
- A vibrant Christian testimony
- Practical missions experience in his/her own country of origin or beyond
- Agreement with the faith and ethos statements of the Missional University
- Passionate about the mission, vision and core values of the Missional University
