Deloitte is seeking a Receptionist to join our Property and Corporate Services team within the Internal Client Services department at Kyiv office.

You will provide administrative and other support to ensure excellent handling of the Firm’s external visitors and effective and efficient internal use of the meeting rooms.
The role will involve:
- Booking and monitoring of conference rooms for meetings
- Assisting in organizing external/internal meetings
- Answering and distributing phone calls
- Working with office equipment
- Incoming e-mails distribution
- Assistance in various matters of corporate service (transport, travel)
- Greeting visitors and arranging drinks (tea/coffee) for external visitors
Requirements:
- University degree completed or in progress
- Knowledge of Ukranian/Russian and English, both writing and spoken (upper intermediate level)
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
