We are hiring Sales Executive (Russian Language).
As a Sales Executive (Russian Language), we rely on you to:
- Assist in identifying and prospecting potential Russian market business, including companies, travel agencies, and event organizers.
- Help develop and implement sales strategies under the guidance of the superior supervisor to promote hotel products.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide detailed product information, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends, and report findings to the sales team to help inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the team members, as well as cross functional departments, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve the hotel’s goals.
We are looking for someone who:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and Russian, with the ability to communicate effectively with Russian speaking clients.
- A bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- No prior hotel sales experience is required, but candidates with some exposure to sales, customer service, or the hospitality industry will be at an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
