Overview

A well-established private clinic specializing in kidney care and dialysis is seeking a qualified Nephrologist or Internist to join its medical team across their 50+ clinics in Poland. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients undergoing dialysis and other renal therapies.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations, order and interpret tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Prepare patients for renal replacement therapies and transplantation, ensuring they are informed about procedures, risks, and outcomes.
• Preventive & Therapeutic Measures
  • Identify health risks and implement preventive strategies for dialysis patients.
  • Initiate and manage therapeutic interventions related to kidney function and associated conditions.
• Operational Duties
  • Supervise medical staff in the absence of the clinic director.
  • Participate in clinical research and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications
  • Medical degree with specialization in Nephrology or Internal Medicine.
  • Candidates in their final year of residency or recent graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Licensing & Compliance
  • Must be eligible for registration with the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ).
  • Clean professional and legal record required.
  • Fluency in Polish is essential.
