THE WORK:

• Reconciliation of various entity-based payroll accounts
• Active engagement in functional activities and analysis
• Limited processing of accounting documents
• Analysis and reporting on consolidated accounts
• Collaborate across teams to support financial operations and reporting

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Management or Finance & Accounting
• 2–5 years of experience in an accounting department or BPO
• Very good command of English (spoken and written) and basic presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes
• Very good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, queries; macros are a plus)
• Self-starter and self-learner attitude
• Independent and flexible when milestone deadlines are at risk

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with complex account structures or consolidation processes
• Exposure to international finance operations or shared services environments
• Familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools
