Mirantis is adding a Junior Technical Recruiter to our team! The Talent Acquisition team at Mirantis is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate with Mirantis’ international talent acquisition teams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform an active search for different vacancies,

• Work with all possible sources, choose the optimal tools and platforms to search for candidates,

• Perform initial communication and building trust with candidates,

• Evaluate candidates’ СVs, conduct recruitment screen,

• Work in close collaboration with a Recruitment Team

• Work with the ATS (correct and timely filling, updating data, reporting etc.)

• Gathering data for market research and analysis (of salaries, technologies, main competitors, etc.)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience,

• Completed IT recruiting courses,

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings),

• Good interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills,

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment,

• Ability to prioritize and multitask,

• Intermediate English level or higher,

• Strong self-motivation and self-learning skills, desire to become a skilled Talent Sourcer.
