Are you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? FMC is looking for an Order Management Coordinator to oversee the full order lifecycle—from entry to delivery and invoicing. In this role, you’ll be the key link between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
• Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with warehousing and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Communicate Proactively: Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed on order status and resolve any issues quickly.
• Handle Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices and support payment processing and reconciliation.
• Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, billing, or product quality.

What You Bring

• Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
