Broadridge is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our Data and Analytics division. This key client-facing role focuses on delivering exceptional product support and ensuring clients achieve success with our Data and Analytics product modules. As part of the broader Client Success team, the Client Services Representative will collaborate closely with clients and internal partners to drive effective product usage, resolve technical issues, and enhance the overall client experience.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in the financial industry, strong technical and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client support in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing support inquiries, retention initiatives, and product assistance.
- Track and manage client interactions using Jira to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to specific modules or platform components.
- Deliver end-user training and share product knowledge to promote platform utilization and adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Escalate high-impact or unresolved issues appropriate to drive timely and effective resolution.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation in Confluence.
- Contribute to a culture of client service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure client situations while maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting.
- Experience with SQL
- Financial Services industry or technology platforms experience is a plus.
