We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TBM Analyst to support our IT Financial Management and Technology Business Management (ITFM & TBM) organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly analytical, and enjoys working with data and financial models. As a ITFM/TBM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our costing model and supporting various service cost analysis tasks.

Your day to day

  • Data Management and Quality Assurance: Assist in preparing data reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy and quality of service costing and allocation keys
  • Model Support and Coordination: Support the TBM Cost Model Administrator in maintaining the ITFM/TBM model within the ITFM FinSight system. Help coordinate and communicate IT costing model consistency across PMI
  • Service Cost Analysis: Ensure reports and data to be provided to stakeholders is consistent and aligned with each budget cycle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the TBM model, taxonomy integrity, and reporting capabilities within the ITFM FinSight system
  • Prepare and perform data reconciliations to ensure accurate service costing and allocation keys
  • Drive cost model and data quality assurance
  • Ensure the IT costing model for showback and chargeback process is consistent across PMI

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of professional experience in a financial or analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of IT Financial systems and models (experience with Tagetik, SAP and IT Planning Tool is a plus)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency with PC tools, especially Excel and PowerBI
  • Fluency in English
