Junior Treasury Accountant

The work:

• Support day-to-day treasury activities by working collaboratively across finance. This role will require ongoing communication and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate adaptability, teamwork and an ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
• Provide daily operational support for diverse Treasury activities related to cash management and analytics, banking operations, foreign currency trades
• Support operational excellence enhancements to improve treasury processes

Flexible: After the training period, possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

• BA or BS degree – relevant skills or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to establish and build close working relationships with cross functional teams
• Good computer skills, ability to familiarize oneself with new software quickly
• Operational excellence and connect the dots mindset
• Ability to analyze gaps and improve processes
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to learn and experience new challenges
• Previous experience with corporate environment
• Familiarity with Google Workspace – Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.
• Good knowledge of Excel
