THE WORK:
You will work both remotely and on-site in Warsaw, depending on the nature of assigned tasks related to physical document handling.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
- Prepare, review, and organize HR records in compliance with internal procedures and data protection regulations.
- Maintain and update HR databases and Excel reports used for tracking employee data.
- Support daily HR operations, including document scanning, archiving, and digital filing.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline document management processes and ensure data accuracy.
- This role involves repetitive and process-oriented tasks that require a high level of accuracy, focus, and consistency.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Availability to work at least 35-40 hours per week.
- Active student status.
- Polish citizenship (required for obtaining a qualified electronic signature).
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability – essential for handling repetitive and process-based work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – comfortable working with spreadsheets and data sets.
- Strong sense of responsibility, especially when dealing with confidential employee data.
- English and Polish proficiency at at least B2 level
