As a PMO Expert you will :

o will play a key role in managing a program aiming to establish new entities and company sites. This position ensures that the setup and transition are executed according to governance standards, timelines, and strategic objectives. The role involves coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, implementing PMO frameworks, and supporting change management during the creation of the new entities.

o acts as a central point of excellence for project governance, standards, and delivery support. This role ensures that projects and programs adhere to organizational methodologies, tools, and best practices, enabling consistent and efficient execution across the enterprise collaborating with all relevant functions.

  • New entities and company sites Setup & Transition
    • Support planning, execution and monitoring of new entities and company sites establishment, including infrastructure, processes, and resource onboarding.
    • Coordinate with functional teams to ensure smooth migration of activities from main entities to the new ones .
    • Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays.
  • Governance & Standards
    • Define, implement, and maintain PMO frameworks, processes, and templates.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and methodologies and with organizational project management frameworks during setup and transition.
    • Monitor adherence to governance requirements across all projects.
  • Portfolio & Program Support
    • Support portfolio management activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting.
    • Assist in program-level planning and coordination within the new entities.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a liaison between the transformation team, business units, functions and new entities leadership.
    • Facilitate workshops and status meetings to align stakeholders on objectives and progress.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for project performance, KPIs, and resource utilization.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Establish and maintain risk and issue management processes.
    • Support project teams in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks.
  • Tool & Technology Management
    • Administer project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
    • Train and support users on PMO tools and processes.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks related to service migration and operational readiness.
    • Implement mitigation plans and maintain risk registers.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the PMO function.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance project delivery maturity across the organization.
    • Capture lessons learned during setup and integrate them into PMO best practices.
    • Recommend process improvements for future expansions.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
    • Experience:
      • 5+ years in PMO or project management roles, preferably in a shared service or global service center environment.
      • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in PMO\project management tools and reporting platform (MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira).
      • Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Key Competencies

    • Sound PMO experience in global and complex environments
