Industrial Engineering Lead (f/m/x)

As an Industrial Engineering Lead at Mars Wrigley, you will be responsible for owning long-term factory capacity and optimal resource management allocation. You will play an active role in the development and deployment of site investment plans, drive business performance improvement, and bring an external perspective to ensure the right level of business strategy understanding on site.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Stay in charge of long-term site capacity. Govern processes to ensure right assumptions for long-term capacity planning (e.g., efficiency rates, time available).
- Manage conflict between business objectives to ensure optimal resources are set up behind long-term supply plan delivery.
- Optimize site portfolio and design complexity. Govern optimal portfolio innovation deployment to the site.
- Support deployment of long-term capital investment strategy (drafts capital projects business cases preparation).
- Support innovation projects deployment on site (Portfolio Pillar, local ATGs).
- Own KPI standard on site includes long-term roadmap, governance process, top-level analytics, scenario planning & modelling, leading KPIs deployment, understanding, and capability to call out recommendations for metric improvement.
- Own periodical performance review: evaluate and communicate performance against KPI targets, address gaps, course actions, risk/opportunities for the site.
- Play active role in building performance culture on site via operation excellence strategy/TPM MSE. Participation and own essential element of TPM MSE pillar. Facilitate and coach basic and complex problem solving on site.
- Own performance and focused improvement initiatives.
- Ensure right understanding of production area and its impact on overall factory business performance.
- Provide a high-level perspective of key drivers on business performance.
- Work actively with cross-functional teams e.g., Operations, Technical, Quality, Safety, Engineering, Supply Chain teams.
- Share learnings cross-functionally to improve overall business acumen.
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge & Experience: Supply Chain Processes.
- Technical and analytical skills.
- Systems knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Advanced business process awareness.
- Advanced production process and factory awareness.
