At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re looking for an experienced Art Manager to lead our creative team in the Warsaw studio.

What You Will Do

As Art Manager, you will lead the art team within a PlayDigital studio in Poland, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content aligned with overall art direction. You will manage people, processes, and output to maintain consistency and excellence in visual execution.

  • Lead and manage a team of artists across different disciplines (UI, UX, animation, etc.)
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality visual assets aligned with defined art direction
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production to deliver engaging player experiences
  • Plan and prioritize art tasks in line with project goals and timelines
  • Mentor and develop team members while maintaining strong team performance
  • Ensure alignment with global art standards, tools, and pipelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in gaming or digital art roles, with leadership experience
  • Experience in iGaming and understanding of visual trends in the market
  • Strong artistic judgment and understanding of UI/UX and game presentation
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and deliver high-quality assets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
