Qualifications

  • Education: University DegreeBusiness Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (usually 3–5 years for mid-level roles)
  • Experience managing key or strategic accounts, preferably in the same industry
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of the specific market/industry (e.g., Bucharest market, if region-specific)
  • Ability to travel occasionally, if client visits are required
  • Negotiation skills: experience in closing deals and managing contracts
  • Strategic thinking: ability to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies
  • Communication and presentation skills: articulate, confident, and professional
