Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Infrastructure Expert Labs services for IBM’s Storage Portfolio, you will provide world-class services for data and AI, hybrid cloud, and data resiliency solutions for clients based on IBM Storage systems and software. In this role, you will work with clients to deliver solutions that meet their specific needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Infrastructure Expert Labs Services: Provide expert-level services to clients, focusing on data and AI, hybrid cloud, and data resiliency solutions using IBM Storage systems and software.
- Implement Storage Solutions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement storage solutions that meet their business requirements and leverage IBM’s Storage Portfolio.
- Support Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their specific pain points and goals.
- Apply IBM Storage Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of IBM Storage systems and software to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Infrastructure Technology Expertise: Min 2-3 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of infrastructure storage technology solution
- Hands-on experience with a broad spectrum of infrastructure storage products
- Readiness to work on projects outside of Romania and travel if needed
- Technical leadership mentality
- Strong ability to work both independently and in teams
- Professional business communication and cross-team communication – written and verbal (min. Romanian and English)
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Exposure to IBM Storage Systems: Familiarity with IBM Storage systems, including their features, functionality, and applications in various client environments.
- Experience with Storage Solution Design: Ability to collaborate with clients to design and implement storage solutions that meet their business requirements and leverage IBM’s Storage Portfolio.
- Exposure to Data and AI Solutions: Familiarity with data and AI concepts, including data management, analytics, and artificial intelligence, as they relate to IBM Storage systems and software.
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud Environments: Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures and the ability to design and implement storage solutions that integrate with these environments.
- Understanding of Data Resiliency Principles: Familiarity with data resiliency concepts, including data protection, backup, and recovery, as they apply to IBM Storage systems and software.
