About This Role

This role will be responsible for facing our customers, providing them the support they might need.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency;
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems;
• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations, or other Ria locations;
• Recognize problems, issues, or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalate to the management team;
• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services, and policies;
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit;
• Prepare a record of your daily transaction;
• Actively promote our services by distributing leaflets to attract customers to our store(mandatory requirement).
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

Position Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Some computer knowledge with the ability to use MS Word and Excel;
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred;
• Strong customer service skills;
• A valid work permit is a must;
• Cashier license is highly preferred;
• basic Polish and conversational English level is a must, additionally Spanish is a a huge plus, and any other languages skills are highly preferred.
• Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential to work alongside your team members and creating outstanding services for the customers.
