Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client
• Manage e-commerce content execution across platforms
• Coordinate content flow between European and local markets
• Perform quality checks to ensure technical accuracy
• Track and monitor content implementation progress
• Support with e-commerce recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on time

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in e-commerce, marketing, or client service
• Background in marketing, business, or related field
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and coordination skills
• Proactive, eager to learn and grow in e-commerce
• Confident communicator in international environment
• Comfortable working independently in hybrid setup (2 days/week from the office)
• Excellent C1 level English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Key Challenges To Be Met In This Role

• Managing multiple stakeholders across markets – effectively coordinating between European teams, local markets, and e-retailers with different requirements and timelines
• Ensuring content accuracy and consistency at scale – maintaining high-quality standards across large volumes of e-commerce content and multiple platforms
• Prioritizing and meeting tight deadlines – balancing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on agreed timelines
• Navigating diverse technical requirements – adapting content to varying specifications and guidelines across different e-retailers
• Maintaining clear communication – ensuring transparent and proactive communication with both internal teams and external partners
• Tracking and reporting implementation progress – maintaining accurate tracking and quickly identifying potential delays or issues
• Building strong working relationships – establishing trust and collaboration with e-retailers and internal stakeholders despite remote or hybrid setups
• Continuous process improvement – identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency in content delivery
