Project Description

Navigation Team looks for a C++ Developer who will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of key part of navigation system designed for one of the largest Automakers on the market. Our main goal is a development of a central part of Navigation System in vehicles. This is a complicated project which contains a lot of components and sub teams. Our customer is a market leader which fulfills development, production and integration of high-performance audio, entertainment, information and communication systems for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

– learning of existing source code;
– implementation of new features;
– support of existing features;
– work with C++17 standard;
– working with customer requirements;
– creating and preparing documentation (High-level Design, Component-level Design);
– communications with customer in case of requirements clarification.

Skills

Must have

Mandatory requirements:
– deep understanding and hands-on experience with modern С++;
– experience with *nix system;
– knowledge of UML;
– intermediate+ English;
– good understanding of software development life-cycle;
– good analytical skills.

Nice to have

Will be a plus:
– Knowledge of Docker;
– ability and willingness to share knowledge with people;
– good presentation and communication skills;
– knowledge of FRANCA IDL frameworks.
