Sales & Account Specialist for 3Shape Audio
Exciting opportunity to manage full Sales operations agenda for 3Shape Audio and drive the improvements to sales processes and practices. The role provides opportunity to work and create impact for a world-leading provider of software and hardware for manufacturers of hearing aids and consumer audio products (e.g., in-ear monitors) and play essential role in supporting constant growth of Audio business unit.

Your role
- Participate in defining the Sales & Marketing agenda together with the Sales & Marketing Manager
- Manage and execute software subscription management activities with existing customers (e.g., sell new licenses, change existing licenses, process operational license inquiries)
- Execute sales activities toward new customers, both incoming leads and prospects, in close alignment with Sales & Marketing Manager
- Proactively optimize subscription processes and systems (e.g., Ecom for subscription) n alignment with business unit strategy and Sales & Marketing agenda
- Ensure reasonable level of account receivables and timely payment from customers
- Consistently follow up and follow through on all new sale orders (from signing to delivery, where Customer Care takes over) – ensure delivery in line customer expectations
- Report to the Sales & Marketing Manager of 3Shape Audio (based in Copenhagen, Denmark) and be part of a 3-person strong Sales & Marketing team
- Ready to travel up to 15 days per year to visit customers globally and our HQ in Copenhagen
Your qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and account management from tech based B2B industries within hearing aids, additive manufacturing, software or IT services
- Well-established sales and account management toolbox (e.g., sales processes, subscription management)
- Structured approach to customers, relationship building and capable at engaging with customers at all levels
- Personal drive and results orientation to proactively take initiative and follow through
- Attention to processes and details, willingness to learn and interest in tech/software
- Ability to work independently and together with other functions (e.g., Product Management, Sales Operations, Customer Care) for expertise, sparring and execution as needed
