Role description:
Viseven Team is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to manage the team for IT specialists and help with the most complex issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones
- Ability to installing the required software
- Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones)
- Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing)
- Local network laying, configuration, maintenance
- User’s workplace preparation
- Ability to manage user’s accounts (creation, deletion, modification)
- Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.)
- Local and remote support to users from Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Moscow, Tallinn
- Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration
- Consulting and training of users
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience in setting up and maintaining client versions of Windows, Linux, macOS, tablets, and phones with iOS
- Experience in setting up and maintaining office software
- Experience in working with PCs and laptops, the ability to deal with the causes of malfunctions and eliminate them
- Experience with the local area network
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Experience in consulting and training users
